Green apple, red plum, cherry, and powdered sugar sweetness make this bright, delicate, fresh coffee the perfect option for springtime and afternoon drinking.
Libardo Cerron hails from Colombia's Nariño region, the southwestern-most corner of the country, tucked between Ecuador's northern border and the Pacific Ocean. The high elevation of Nariño means its coffees usually bring a bright and dynamic acidic profile to the table, and while this coffee does give a lot of fresh fruit flavors, we've found it to have nice sweetness and a soft mouthfeel that balances it out well.
