Kore - Ethiopia

A lovely example of coffee from our friends at Red Fox. The Kochere District in Yirgacheffe is located roughly 200mi south of the capital city of Addis Ababa near Nech Sar National Park. Producers from Kochere practice a traditional form of agroforestry, cultivating their coffee under the shade of legume trees in the rolling hills of the Great Rift Valley. 

Expect flavors of black tea, honey, jasmine, blueberry, and currant from this fantastic coffee from Yirgacheffe.
