We've been working with our friends at Daterra since we started roasting coffee ten years ago, and when we tasted Sunbird, we knew we had to share it with all of you. Sunbird is an absolute classic. Our approach to this coffee is to emphasize the coffee's natural sweetness and creamy body, to produce a coffee that does just as well on the french press and pour over, as on the espresso machine. Expect flavors of caramel, hazelnuts, honey, and a sweet, mild acidity running from start to finish.Â
