Shipping & Returns
We use two carriers for shipping, USPS and UPS, Monday through Friday. These carriers observe most national holidays which may affect shipping times. You will be provided an option at check-out between the carriers, the pricing of which is determined by your location and our current rates.
We offer $5 flat fee shipping for orders between $30 and $50 and free shipping on orders exceeding $50 to our neighbors in the tri-state area (Connecticut, New York, New Jersey). We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 to the greater United States. We do not ship internationally.
On occasion, there will be an issue with your delivery as the result of the carrier. In this case, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can work to rectify the situation.
Please understand that we have no extended power or control over these carriers beyond what you, the customer, has over them. All of the tracking and shipping is the same for us as it is for you, and while we are able to send additional orders or process refunds, we are not able to investigate, in any deeper sense, the location of a particular package.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on most items, including coffee. If you receive the wrong order, reach out to us and we'll send you the right one.
In the event that an exchange is required for merchandise, we will cover shipping costs if we are responsible for an incorrect order. If the correct order was received, and an exchange is requested, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return and new shipping label.
If a refund is appropriate, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
